Abstract
In this thesis filtered projection is smeared back over the reconstruction plane along lines of constant slop. The double exposure speckle photography technique and Abel inversion were used to calculate refractive index the two–dimensional reconstruction of phase objects at different cross sections. Finally, the three-dimensional refractive index distribution can be established by collecting the two dimensional refractive index distributions for the different cross sections of phase object.
