Abstract
The theory of queues like the theory of probability gives abstract models,which are applied,in many different fields.queueing networks are the main subjects of this thesis.networks of queues are group of nodes wherer eash node represents a service facility of some kind.customers arrive at any node according to a certain stochastic process.when the customer arrive at a certain node,he joins the queue at this node(unless the server is idle).the customer is selected for serice according to a certain principle(queue discipline)(first-come-first-served .
