Abstract
Fifteen male patients were selected to avoid specific criteria that would affect the results of this study. The selected patients exhibited bilateral distal extension maxillary edentulous areas with the second pre molars as the last standing abutments. The oral cavity was examined and prepared to achieve healthy experimental baseline.
Abutment teeth were prepared with 6-12°Taper angle and a6mm height above the gingival margin.
