Abstract
In cnclusion, based on the findings of the present study we suggest that, apart from glycemic control, adguvant therapy with antioxidants could interfere with the pathogenesis of the vascular complications of diabetes and souds promising to take a role in prophylaxis from such complications.
Also, Further studies using combinations of antioxidants with allopurional as a cornerstone in such combinations are recommended as they are expected to produce additive, if not synergestic, beneficial effects in amelioration of such complications.
