Abstract
The purpose of the present review is to summarize the current knowledge about immunologic infertility regarding the following points: the factors of antigen tolerance, how this tolerance is broken down, the pathogenesis of the immunologic infertility, the laboratory tool for the detection of the antibodies and the recent therapeutic means available.
