Abstract
The following points were conducted at the present study :
1-Inoculum preparation of root-knot nematodes.
2-The fungal isolates antagonistic to root-knot nematodes (Meloidogyne spp).
3-Optimization of conditions of fungal growth.
4-Longevity of the formulated fungal biocontrol agents.
5-Effect of Myrothecium verrucaria metabolites on root-knot nematode Meloidogyne javanica.
6-Control of root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne javanica) disease on tomato plants.
