Abstract
The aim of this work was planned out to study the microbial load in cooked liver and kofta samples collected from several street vendors at Gharbia governorate to investigate the following :
1-Total aerobic bacterial count.
2-Staphylococci count.
3-Coliforms count.
4-Staphylococcus aureus count.
5- Detection of Salmonella and coliform members.
