Abstract

The present study was conducted to investigate the following points :
1-Effect of temperature and storage periods on physiological and chemical changes and shelf life of the plants.
2-Effect of precooling on physiological and chemical changes and shelf life of the plants during storage periods.
3-Effect of packaging materials on physiological and chemical changes and shelf life of the plants during storage periods.
