Abstract The goal of this thesis is divided into two parts: The first part will study: • Synthesis of different types of zirconium iodomolybdate gels . • Characterization of the prepared gels. • Preparation of the active gel, which will be used in 99Mo/ 99mTc chromatographic gel generator. • Elution performance and quality control of prepared 99Mo/ 99mTc chromatographic gel generator. The second part will study: • Radiolabeling of Celecoxib, the selective COX2 inhibitor with 99mTc • Optimization of Celecoxib labeling conditions. • Biological distribution of the labeled complex in normal and inflamed mice. • Quality control of the labeled compound. |
