Abstract
The growing of large clear single crystals as erfect as possible has been stimulated either for the investigation of Physical properties or for many scientific applications. The Crystal growth is the science and technology of controlling phase transition that leads to ”single crystal line” Solids. Obviously enough, the ferroelectric and antiferroelectric types of crystals, especially those having the hydrogen bonded and peroviskite type structures are of a wide applicability in more than one field of tecchnology.
