Abstract
The aim of this study is to explain cardiovascular risks ,morbidity
and mortality in chronic renal failure patients, also its effect on
progression of renal injury. Our study include 45 patients grouped in
three groups ;15 in each as :chronic renal failure patients on conservative
treatment, chronic renal failure patients on regular hemodialysis and
normal control without renal impairment. We are studying the lipid
profile for each patient searching for dyslipidemia(prevalence),We
concluded that patients with chronic renal failure on conservative
treatment have high prevalence of dyslipidemia than patients on regular
hemodialysis and control group by 25%.
