Abstract
film of pvc/pmma blends were prepared using the casting technique in the case of films of pvac/pmma blends dsc data revealed that the samples exhipit a single T having intermediate values within the values of tow pure components. this indicates the misciates the miscibility between the two homopolymers at any content. the values of t as a function. also, it is found that PMMA could be blendes, these bands assigned to ketonic and aldehyde groups which formed due degradation of PVAc.It was found that all studied samples prior to UV- irradiation the results suggest the possible use of PVAc film as Pmma content Increases in the blend but elongation at break decrease.
