Abstract Our data have been emphasized that CRS-R: S-A is a reliable and valid instrument suitable for clinical and research use and that the symptom manifestations of ADHD are not culturally different between the Egyptian children and American children. The data show also that the degree of severity of ADHD according to the mean scores for CRS-R: S-A was affected by many sociodemographic, clinical, psychological and EEG factors. In addition, monoamine transmitter activity and DH play a role in ADHD psychopathology, moreover, DH can be used as a marker for the severity of symptoms of ADHD according to our used rating scale. |
