Abstract
The present study was carried out in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Minufiya University (Sadat City). Its aim was to investigate the effect of in-ovo injection of amino acids mixture, vitamin E and ascorbic acid on the pre and post-hatching performance of Muscovy ducks. This study included 450 fertilized eggs of Muscovy ducks artificially incubated at 37º-37.5ºC temperature and 70 % relative humidity. On the 12th day of incubation, eggs
were divided into nine equal groups:
