المستخلص The present study aimed at investigating the existing tools and techniques of identifying and systems of taking care of the gifted and talented students at the different stages of the Egyptian educational system. The researcher used the comparative method in achieving the objectives of the study. The total number of the group of the study was one thousand and eighty two. The researcher used three questionnaires. The results of the study indicated that taking care of the gifted and talented students is one of the measures of development. The study concluded that there are three systems of taking care of such students: grouping, enrichment and acceleration. The results also showed that the Egyptian educational system pays much attention to taking care of the gifted and talented students. The study presented a comparative analysis of the tools and techniques of identifying and systems of taking care of the gifted and talented students in the educational systems of the compared countries. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher suggested a ten axes strategy to develop the tools and techniques of identifying and systems of taking care of the gifted and talented students in the Egyptian educational systems. |
