Abstract
Brucellosis is one of the most world wide distributed zoonotically infectious disease. It lead to great economical losses amony infected herds. Serodiagnostic methods are the mean by which brucella infection was diagnosed in different animal species. In the present work soluble antigen from brucella abortus strain 19, 99 were prepared and used with primary binding test (indirect ELISA test). Comparison between several serological tests including standard agglutination test (SAT). Rose bengal plate test (RBPT). Buffered acidified plate antigen test (BAPAT). Mercaptoethanol test (MET), rivanol test (Riv.T) and indirect ELISA test were made using collected sera from different animal species
