This study aimed to develop a system configured special education teachers in Egypt to take into account the current reality and its potential researcher has used the descriptive method Althaliliy and it suits the nature of the study and its objectives as the researcher conducted a series of personal interviews and design of the questionnaire used the method Deli delphi technique as a means to study the field was application tool of the study sample intentional from some experts and specialists in education and reach the study to a number of results are suffering a system configured special education teachers colleges of education in Egypt of some of the negatives the most important mystery in the philosophy and objectives of the formation Mwalimm special education and lack of balance between the aspects of academic preparation and educational and Althagay Add to that the failure of the academic content and non-prosecution of the evolution of scientific rapid and shortcomings in the teaching system, calendar, and the weakness of the training programs before and during the service The study recommended the application of visualization of the proposed system configuration special education teachers colleges of education in Egypt, which reached the study to develop this system.
