المستخلص
The Study aimed at devising a suggested concept for developing the objectives of industrial secondary education in the light of the requirements of G.A.T.T. and Egyptian – European partnership agreements. So, the study handled the nature of the international agreements and their requirements on the industrial secondary education . Besides, it handled the context of industrial secondary education ( three - year system) and the suitability of its current objectives for the requirements of the international agreements.
The study used the descriptive method and Delphi Technique.
The study results showed the necessity of focusing on the following objectives;
1- Acquiring students the ability to use Arabic in communication with others.
2- Developing students’ leadership and team-work abilities.
3- Developing the skills of using the computer in teaching and learning processes.
4- Making students practise practical activities by using technology.
