Abstract Toxicity effects of Bacillus thuringensis var.kurstaki, Metarihizum anisopliae and Beauveria bassiana against last instar larvae of greater wax moth , Galleria mellonella were studied The results showed that M. anisopliae was the most effective biocides followed by B. thuriengensis and B. bassiana according to LC50 and LC90 values of the three tested used biocides affected on some biological parameters comparing to control Biological control against last instar larvae of greater wax moth G. mellonella on larval stage, pupal stage and adult stage as compared to control. Biochemical effects of tested used biocides on larvae of G. mellonella 48h. and 72h. under laboratory conditions were estimated. Results showed disfunction in the activity percentage of carbohydrate hydrolyzing enzymes, total soluble protein, transaminase enzyme and total lipids decreasing their activities compared with control. |
