المستخلص The study handles the effect of the external factor on the reformation issues in Yemen political system from 2001 to 2008. The study focused on three basic issues: ”the issues of public elections, the issues of human rights, and the issues of civil society ’’, which is considered as one of the most important conflict issues between power and opposition that affect on the developing of democratic experience in Yemen. More than this, these issues are considered as the main causes that put Yemen in different crisis and make it exposed to a lot of exertion or international influences. The study is divided into four chapters; the first chapter handles the political reformation that focused on the concept of the political reformation, and the general trend of democratic experience in Yemen. The second chapter handles the issues of the political reformation in Yemen, which are: issues of election, human rights, and civil society. The third chapter interested in the effect of the external factor on Yemeni political reformation. The fourth chapter focused on the response of the Yemeni system to these effects. The study concludes that the external effects that the international power practice on the issues of political reformation was not in the benefit of these issues but in the field of security, co-operation and terrorism war using these issues as a mean to press on Yemeni political system to carry out its policy for achieving its benefits in Yemen |
