Abstract

Vitamin E plays an important role for treating and preventing a number of different conditions. As an antioxidant, the fat-soluble vitamin helps prevent the formation of free radicals (which play a role in age-related conditions like cancer and heart disease). There are eight different types of Vit. E, some of which are more active than others. Vit. E is the third of the fat soluble vitamins, all of which are derived from the essential mounted to know tochopherol and tochotrinol, the most active compounds is a compound alpha-tochopherol because it is more pictures of vitamin E activity and effectiveness. All of the functions of Vit. E are not known, but it plays a role in the formation of cell membranes Been working on Sixty normal albino rats of Sprague Dawley white females and males to identify the effect of animal fats consumption with alphatochopherol(Add 400 mg of vitamin as pharmaceutical preparation to 1000 cm³ of corn oil, and that for all groups experience at difference fat concentration). The division into 6 groups, each group containing 5 rats females and 5 males in a cage for them separately as follows:• The first group represents the negative control (this group, which fed on the diet prepared without any additions). • The second group represents the positive control (this group, which fed on the same diet in addition of limited percent of Vit. E).• The third, fourth, fifth and sixth groups (this groups are fed on the same diet in addition of limited percent of Vit. E, but with different percent of animal fats sheep (tail fat lamps) with percent 5%, 10%, 15% and 20 respectively). ENGLISH SUMMARY 189 Nutritional study was carried out and on it we measured the weights during the experiment period for all groups of female and male rats twice a week and through these weights have been identified over the consumption of alphatochopherol for different weights, body weight gain, food intake, food efficiency ratio.
