المستخلص
Public participation is one of the most important issues occupied social, economic and political scientists for the time being, although it is not a new topic. Participation has been stressed by religion as well as customs and traditions inherited from generation to generation. This study focuses on puplic participation in Non Governmental Organizations because of the effective role of these organizations in development, specially under the privatization system which is going on in Egypt in the last two decades.
