Abstract A total number of 1440 animals (1220 cows and 240 buffaloes) ranged -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; one month to ten years age were used in this study to investi gate the percentage of parasitic infestation beside the clinical signs and effect of these parasites on haemogram picture and immunological status which appears on the infested animals. br The study cleared that: 1.Th br percentage of parasitic anaemia was higher in buffaloes than that in cows, 52.63% and 39.60% respectively. br 2.The most important parasites which demonstrated -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; infested animals were: br (a).Ectoparasites (ticks and lice). br (b).Endoparasites (Fasciola spp., Toxocara vitulorum, Trichostrongylus spp., Parmphistomum, Coccidia spp. br Theileria spp. and Babesia sppi br 3.The most important abnormal clinical signs appeared on infected animals were pale mucous membranes, general weakness, ]iarrhea and constipation, depraved appetite, submandibular erna, increased and weak heart beats and respiratory rates, br rJnoestrus and recumbency in some cases and enlargement of supericial lymph nodes, rise of body temperature and ocular lacrimaon in infested animals with Theileri a.
