This study is concerned with the following:
— The different economic problems of the agricultural sector in Sohage Governorate which are related to the
expansion of agricultural mechanization.
- The effect of the expansion of agricultural mechanization on the effeciency of resources used in the production of the important crops in Sohage Governorate.
Sheding lights on the effisiency of mechanization and other kinds of labor used in the production of different crops irs Sohage Governorate.
Data neaded for this study have been collected through multistage stratified sample. The size of the sample was 214 farms covering all countries of Sohage Governorate.
.a_fhe study set the following assumptions to be tested. _____ tural sector in Sohage governorate suffers from some economic problems and these problems have the same importance.
— There are no significant differences between cost of production per feddan and also between yield per feddan when using different degrees of mechanization in agricultural production in the governorate.
