Abstract

The anesthesia gas machine is device delivers a precisely-known butvariable gas mixture, including anesthetizing and life-sustaining gases (Williallls et a] ,20i4}• The components and systems as described in this document are typical for ahypothetical generic anesthesia gas macbine, Tile differenceshetween older g~s
machines -such as the Ohrneda Modulus Excel, or Aestiva and ~he Drager NarkomedOS, Mobile, IvlRl, 2B, 2C, 3 or 4· are less than their similarities. Theeefore only the differences with the most impact Oil clinical practice are described for this generation of machines. Differences between models have more clinical impact with the latest generation of gas machines because of the higher degree of computer-controlled basic systems and monitor integration.(McHale S et al)2005) The differences are more fully described here for new models from GE Healthcare (ADU, Aisys, Aespire, Avance) and Drager (Fabius OS, Narkomed (Wlsltaw K et all:2005). 2Psropte. - cuni uti commontyeffects dairy goats with bead shaking and cratching being the typically signs of ar irritation as well asemaciation and death ( IlIiam & Willian, , 1978; Munro & Munro,£980’ CMk. 1981 and Sha tri Despande, 1983).Furtherrnor, ear mites in goats play an important role in the
transmission of mycoplasma in goats ( otte\ & Yeats, 1982 and Damassa, 1990) as well as maciadon and death (Manurang lilt al., 199and Zamri aad et al., 1987 & 1990}.Onthe other hand sarcopti, mange in goats begins on the face, ears
and around nostrils, then extends to trunk, abdomen and limb (Kl’al nd
ehwartzmalllJ, 1964). Despite the great harmful! effects of caprine mange, such as weight loss, secondary infectiouti sue and kin damage and often death in faral cases, no information is available on goats in Egypt Recent Observations however, have related that fleas, espically Ctenocephalides eli. and C. canis are important pests of goats and other ruminant and potenri 1 causes of poor animal health and production in man, countrie of third world. They Can transmit various zoonotic disease-s including plague, murine typhus, tularemia and salmonellosis (Ki ouzo and Khama, 1989). Fleas are possible vectors for natural transmission of tile disease 10
goats such as septicaemia and caprine polyarthri is ( a ak and
Bhowmik, 1990).
