Abstract

The present study was conducted to explain the following points :1-Gross chemical composition of roselle seed.2-Physical properties of roselle seed oil.3-Chemical properties of roselle seed oil.4- Effect of storage on physical properties of roselle seed oil.5-Effect of storage on chemical properties of roselle seed oil.
