Tourism is asocial activity. It is a mean of intellectual communication and exchanging cultures among different nations. It is a mean of creating an atmosphere in which understanding, tolerance and peace spread all over the world. In order to improve and flourish market tourism, we need to know the customs and traditions that are found in and every society. We should. Also, study the behaviors of the society individuals besides the most important obstacles and bases of tourism in this society. Studying the relationships between tourists and the host society is very essential.
Every society has its own distinguished social form and structure, cultural background, patterns of its individual’s? behaviors and its own customs and traditions, so every society has its own point of view concerning tourist industry as a new coming activity. This is reflected on dealing between tourists and aboriginal inhabitants negatively or positively. All these factors draw up the characteristics of tourism development plans concerning particular tourist destinations.
We should remember that cultures differences between societies are one of the most important factors of tourist attraction in tourist industry. This distinguishes the recent tourist who prefers traveling to the tourist destinations that are distinguished by their being traditional and original in their tourist attractions. Knowing different cultures, customs and traditions is one of the most important factors oftraveling to a lot of tourist countries such as China, India, and the countries of south - East Asia.
