Through my modest research, I tried to handle the administrative action to turn to an attempt to create a study that combines history, description and comparative methodology. We started from the beginning of Omani administrative judgment to be a support for the reader within our move in the remaining chapters of the theses to enjoy the comparison with the Egyptian Administrative Judgment. As a result, we discussed in chapter one the procedures before the registration of administrative action, in another attempt to add an episode that we could n to transcend to reach the order of the procedures of this action. We entered the real contest in the courtyards of administrative judiciary where the action is registered, considered and prepared in chapter two of the study. The last stop was the source and bacon of justice, and the objective of every claimant and inevitable result of every action. These are the provisions and measures after their issuance which constitutes chapter three and the final chapter of this thesis.
In the conclusion of my research, I tried hardly to utilize the conclusion that I compiled through my career to help me look forward to a better future for the Omani Administrative judgment, hoping that I would, even by easy means, have realize the contribution to the Omani Legal Library.
