Abstract

The study was a test to assess: ”Serological response to broiler bird flu vaccines common commercial and currently being used in Egypt, (Chinese H5N1 immunization - fortify Nobilaz avian H5N2). The study conducted on serum samples collected from fattening chicken came from mothers fattening immune to avian influenza previously. They were 100 in number, Rbua on the ground in the house closed in one place, (cycle breeding 42 to 47 days), 90 of whom were Mahsnyen by 0.5 ml subcutaneously in the back lower neck the vaccines business and the 10 remaining were not immunized along experience in order to monitor maternal antibodies derived from their mothers fortified. The percentages of Manaat garrison of avian flu collected from the use of the vaccine similar H5N1 were higher than those obtained from the vaccine is different H5N2 using antigen test similar when age immunization three:} 7 - 10 - 12 days {} 78.3 - 96.7 - 100% {for H5N1 compared to} 68.3 - 80 - 98.3% {H5N2. Also those percentages were higher for the same vaccine H5N1 different H5N2 vaccine using different test antigen:} 53.3 - 61.7 - 90% {for H5N1 compared} 35 - 46.7 - 75% {for H5N2. The results also revealed that the best age for vaccination against bird flu for broilers is 12 days for the same vaccines different H5N1 and H5N2.
