Abstract

In the present work a total number of 700 chicks were divided into 4 groups according to the ratio of protein supplemented from FM and SBM, MBM and SBM, CGM and SBM, and SBM group (control group). chicken performance were determined, Blood and tissue samples were collected and analyzed for some biochemical parameters. Increasing the levels of animal protein in the diet produced a high drastic effect on liver and kidney which was reflected by elevation of all the studied biochemical parameters, and also affected the meat quality on storage corn gluten meal must be not included in a level higher than 10%.Key words: Animal protein, plant protein, liver and kidney function, Serum amino acid, lipid profile, meat quality, poultry.
