Abstract
The present study were carried on a total number of 110 Egyptian sheep of both sexes and different ages, they divided into 20 sheep (control group, 25 pneumonic sheep, 25 enteric sheep, 25 pneumoenteric sheep, these sheep were examined clinically and laboratory for haematological and biochemical analysis, the results revealed that
Haematological picture of pneumonic sheep revealed, significant decrease in haemoglobin content the biochemical analysis of their serum revealed highly significant decrease in sodium level and highly significant increase in serum potassium level.
* Haematological picture of enteric sheep revealed, significant increase in packed cell volume, the biochemical analysis of their serum revealed significant decrease in sodium and significant increase in potassium level
* Haematological picture of pneumoentric sheep revealed significant decrease in monocytes ,the biochemical analysis of their serum revealed highly significant decrease in creatinine, , calcium, sodium and potassium levels.
* Therapeutic treatment of diseased animals with symptomatic treatment in addition to vit. C, give highly effectiveness by change the haemotological and brochemical pictures of the diseased animal which nearly reach to that of control group.
*Vit C has an important role in improvement of healthy status of diseased animals.
