Abstract
This Field study was prorated on 1375 cows and 1627 buffaloes , these animals was duded into twe main groups the first was given drugs to shorten post - partum period to first estrus. While the second was given drugs post - insemination to improve the insemination results. Every main group was divided into four subgroups, the first subgroup from the first main group leaved without treatment and served as control. The second subgroup was giver prostaglandin f2 alfa (5ml lutalyse) after bryh, the third subgroub gave CNRH (2.5 ml RecePtal) 12-15 day P.P. the faith subgroub gave 100ml lugol’s iodine intra -uterine 30 day P.P. All results was recorded. The second main group was divided also into four subgroup the first one no treated and served as control the secand was given redused dose of Prostaglandin Post-insemination (2.5ml Lutalayse) the third was given redused dose of GNRH (1.5ml Reseptal) directly post- insemination the forurth was given reducd dose of GNRH (Reseptal) 12 days post- insemination.
All results was recorded the results appeared that significant difference between different treatments either post partum or post- insemination and between control one.
