Abstract
lhc clficacv or 3 reputable live attenuated vaccincs auainst brucellosis were evaluated ill - rcc different cattle farms with history of brucellosis which confirmed by serological and ectcrioloaical examinations,- Og hei fcrs were vaccinated once b\ the following vaccines, Rev I (30 heifers), S 19 (20 rilcrs) and RB51 (58 heifers) according the recommended dose for each vaccine hmoral immune response was assess using tube agglutination test, mcrcaptocthanol test d indirect ELISA beginning at 15 days and continuous at intervals tel time of breeding cllular immune response was measured using allergic skin test :2 years post vaccination ev 1 vaccine gave maximum stimulation in humoral and cellular immune response lIowed by S 19 then RB51. The results of abortion rate and breeding troubles shower,at there was reduction in the rate or abortion and breeding troubles in heifers vaccinate. ilh Rev I more than RH51 and S 19 vaccinated groups.
