Abstract

The aim of the work was detection of diphtheria like toxin (DLT) produced by C. Pseudotuberculosis beside the exotoxin phospholipase D. Phenotypic characterization of DLT by modified elek agar diffusion test and immunoblot were performed on concentrated culture filtrate of the isolates.
