Abstract

In this study, 4 H. paragallinarum isolates from 280 samples from different laying flocks in different governorates of Egypt and belonging to serovar ”A” according to Page scheme. This isolates causing death to embryo within 24- 48 hr also causing appearance of clinical signs of coryza on chicken within 24- 48 hrs. from locally isolated and standard H. paragallinarum strains were prepared 14 different infectious coryza vaccines for studing factors affecting the efficacy of oil adjuvant infectious coryza vaccines on immune response of chickens such as different emulsion methods, different types of Montained oil (ISA206, IMS1113 and ISA 70) and different ratio of HLB. By using tube agglutination and HI tests found that vaccine which prepared from W/O/W better than those prepared by W/O, usage of oil adjuvant of Montainde series gave best immune response than those prepared by paraffin oil also found that vaccine perepared with HLB 4.98.
