Abstract
Eexamination of commercially produced beef frankfurter revealed significant differences in the different sensory quality parameters between the different processing plants.Results of proximate chemical analysis of the commercially produced beef frankfurter indicated that means values of the moisture and fat contents of frankfurter produced by the different processing plants were slightly higher than the acceptable limits.
