Abstract
The objectives of the present study are indicated as follows :a-To study some physical and aerodynamic properties of wheat chaff mixture produced from the combine harvester.b- To develop alaboratory experimental unit for seperating and cleaning wheat grains based on aeromechanical properties of the wheat chaff mixture.c- To study and analyze some factors affecting the seperating and cleaning efficiency by using alaboratory experimental unit.d-To specify the optimum conditions of cleaning operation which ensure the maximum grade of seperating efficiency with minimum grain losses.
