Abstract
Rabies is one of the most dangerous viral diseases affecting all worm blooded animal species and man.It is mainly transmitted through biting of rabid animal to another healthy one or man and usually ends dramatically by death of the affected host.Bovine ephemeral fever is also viral diseases are caused by two viruses related to the family Rhabdoviridae, but rabies virus belongs to genus lyssa virus while bovine ephemeral fever virus belongs to genus ephemera virus.Many studies were carried out to discusses the antigenic relationship between the viruses.
