Abstract
Salts of NANO3 and NANO2 are obtained from plants and as apreservative for processed meat,as they are naturally formed in the body in the cycle of urea as a natural compound of urine.
it was found that the increase of these salts interact with secondary amines to form nitrosamines compounds which are harmful to the body and may cause tumors to many organs of the body.
