Abstract
Elimminating every wasteful action’continuously improving the performance of each operation’and finally involing lower level employees in decision making are the main concepts that built the logic behind lean thinking. Ailhough the application of lean thinking started in the organization plants-creating what so called learn production-the sustainability of this system is not guaranteed unless each activity, peocess, and function in the oranization aoolied lean thinking concepts and principles and thus creating a lean enterprise.
