Abstract

This study was carried out on 28 kids with ranged ages between (two to three months old) and weighing 4-10 kg. The kids were individually kept in the faculty farm. Animals were divided into 3 main groups for two experiments and the last one as a control one as the following: Group one: Included four kids for whole buffy coat injection Group two: A total 16 kids in this experiment were divided equally into four subgroups and injected bovine serum albumin as the follows: a- Subgroup one: Injected whole buffy coat. b- Subgroup two: Injected monocytes. c- Subgroup three: Injected lymphocytes. d- Subgroup four Injected Neutrophiles. Group three: A total of eight kids were used as control group and divided into sub group one control positive injected bovine serum albumin. The second sub group was control negative that injected normal saline. There were common results in two experimenters: 1- Kids didn’t show any signs of systemic reaction. Body temperature pulse and respiratory rates were kept within normal range. The survival rate was 100%. 2- The value of P.C.V%, Hb, and R.B.Cs unchanged after injection. 3- The value of eosinophiles and monocytes percent weren’t changed during the experiment in all groups.
