Abstract This work aimed to study the behaviour of the insecticides residus on and in cucumber,green beans and moloukhia vegetables.The studies include plotting of disappearance curves,thermaldecomposition and photodegradation under sensitizing conditions.The efficiency of washing ,salying,peeling,balancing and drying processes were evaluated in removing the studied insecticides residues.The analysis of the samples were processed by using modified extraction and clean up patterns and amodern gas liquid chromatography system for determination. |
