Abstract
The aim of this work is : 1- To monitor the resistance levels of cotton leafworm Spodoptera littoralis to different insecticides.2-To study the corelation between resistance and activities of the target and non-target enzymes to aquire abetter understanding of the biochemical mechanism of the phenomenon of resistance of Spodoptera littoralis against tested insecticides.3-To determine the possible role of ditoxication in resistance and to study the important role of synergist and its effect on the metabolic reaction and metabolic path ways of certain insecticides..
