Abstract
The risk management of important branches in the branches of the project management as it helps decision makers to anticipate the many events that can occur and take them into account during the implementation of the project, leading to
reduced losses in the profit.
• A search shows that there are many different models that help decision makers in risk
management.
• Through the search view the using of risky project professional software and compare
the result of it’s with pertmaster, Finding there is no different between using them
except the method of calculation duration.
• Through field research shows that in Alexandria is not used this branch (risk
management) optimal use and widely as it is used in a limited scale, where the vast majority of contractors ana decision makers they do not deal with the risks seriously, or deal with it randomly, they depend on experience and practice without the
commitment approach or the scientific method.
• So you must activate the role of risk management and its importance in the advancement of the construction industry and to raise awareness of decision makers in
the industry.

• As this study showed that most contractors gave little attention to the risk management process.
• Define risk matrix and applied in risky project software.
• Findin~ alternative method other than Monte carol simulation as applications in risk analYSIS.
