The patient with local or systemic vasclitis, often presents to the physician with askin disored. this group of disorders has acquired agreat numper of synonms and eponyms, derived from their varied clinical appearances or on the basis of asupposed pathogenesis.in comment clssification of vasculitis may based on the clincal course of the rash severity and type of systemic manifestations, or on the basis of the main on the common pathogentic mechanism.leukoctoclastic vasculitis is the commenest from of vasculitis occuring in man it involves the small vessels of the skin and internal organs it may be limited to the skin or may occur as a sever.
