This study presents the theme of ”geography of educational services in Fayoum Governorate,” and the study is composed of five chapters preceded and provided lists of contents, tables, figures and appendices, followed by conclusion and references .
Have addressed the identification provided by the study area and the reasons for selecting the topic, objectives and research methods and previous studies and the difficulties faced by students in this study .
The first chapter dealt with residents of Fayoum Governorate, where he offered the evolution of population growth during the period (1960 - 2006), and compared to growth rates of their counterparts nationwide, also addressed the analysis of the distribution of population variability and spatial centers of the Governorate, and then contrast this distribution between urban and rural areas, as presented images of the density of population and development to maintain compared to the Republic and the spatial variation of the density between the centers of the Governorate, and singled out the latter part of this chapter show the different characteristics of the population of the Governorate and its development, which consists of the age structure - the sex composition - Composition Teaching - economic structure - the size of the family .
The second chapter study the size of educational services and geographical distribution of Fayoum Governorate, in terms of the evolution of its elements, and the size of demand and the demand for education, the study of the geographical distribution of educational services of all kinds, has dealt with this chapter also spatial variation of the phases of the three types of (in - particular - in), eating The last part to maintain the size of university education with students to clarify the distribution of the colleges, colleges and qualitative composition of Fayoum University .
The third chapter examines the efficiency of educational services at the government, through the study of density separation the primary level to maintain compared to the Republic, then the spatial variation of intensity between the centers of the Governorate, while the study addresses the density of middle school types (public and private and Azahari) and contrast between the centers of the Governorate, and describes study class density at the level of secondary school types (general secondary and commercial and industrial, agricultural, Azhari), with explanation rates of students and classroom teachers in three phases, and study the rate of primary school and junior high, and finally study the efficiency of university education in terms of comprehension of the students enrolled in it by knowing the number of terraces, halls and laboratories for each college separately .
The fourth chapter highlights the quarter model of the problems educational facing the Governorate, where he teaches my problem of illiteracy and DROPout, has addressed the student the problem of illiteracy through the application forms for the field study centers of Fayoum Governorate, and address spatial variation of illiteracy in the governorate and compare nationwide, and to clarify the spatial variation between the centers of Fayoum Governorate in terms of rates illiteracy, the causes and factors affecting the high illiteracy in areas without the other.
Also taught part leakage, causes leakage through the application of questionnaires, and its factors, and spatial variability within the villages, which was conducted by questionnaire .
Chapter Five study factors affecting the size and distribution of educational services at the government, in terms of population size to maintain and density, and composition age and gender of pupils, and the relationship of these elements the size of the services and distribution, and the enthusiasm of the students by, in addition to the rate of urbanization, and the site and its relationship with spatial, and government policy and spending educational and assessment future needs for educational services in the governorate .
Turning to the latter part of this chapter assessment of future needs for educational services, and through the forecast number of pupils at the age of 6-15 years, and a proposal for the number of schools, classrooms and teachers that are supposed to be available this number .
The conclusion was subjected to the most important findings from the study, in addition to the proposed recommendations to resolve the problem.
