Children language is developing rapidly during the first years of their ages while many of the children mastered the language skills with age (5-6 years) and language development in children involves the reception skills (understanding) and expression (production). Note that the skill of the reception mature before the skill of expression, characterized by the speed of language development in children and highly variable from child to child often up some of the children to the age of three years and still do not master a few words is limited whereas I’m two or a little less talk in short sentences and clear and understandable to fairly well and can explain this variation by the factors affecting language development, namely environmental factors and subjective factors on children like intelligence and safety devices for speech and others. Children at any educational early stage are subject to different stages of language development, and these stages are considered a vital aspect in education, especially speaking and listening skills, reading and writing, so that teachers should be understand the process of language development of this children stage, in addition to providing a learning rich environment to encourage the growth of and development of all skills. It is important to create a social climate supportive and reassuring to the child starts using the vocabulary of expression and increase the score language. The problem of the study: Of course, I felt the problem through my field of kindergarten and my field visits to these institutions where I noticed that children who have a large wealth of language Whether these vocabulary because of the cultural environment in which children live, or by the use of modern technology such as television and computer and the Internet or channels for children or attend kindergartens and activities available in the kindergarten that lead to enrich the child’s language, it all works to create wealth for the language when the child the vocabulary lead to ready reading more than the children who have a willingness to language or vocabulary is weak or be have delays in language development and the study is trying to prove the relationship between linguistic enrichment for children and the willingness and preparedness to read.
