المستخلص

The aims of study:1- Identifying the quiddity of the special education for the gifted children.
2- Recognizing and analysising the reality of educating the gifted children in Egypt.
3-Recognizing the role of the effective school in educating the gifted children.
4- Identifying the main requirements for educating the gifted children in the light of
the criteria of the effective school.
5- Presenting a suggested strategic plan for educating the gifted children in the light of criteria of the effective school
Research approach : The descriptive approach.The tool of study : Questionnaire .
Research results :
1- Ineffectiveness of the prospective vision of planning to educate the gifted children and it loses the real link among the potentialities and aims .
2- The educational services presented to the gifted children in Egypt are limited if we
Compare these services with the special educational services presented in the
advanced countries.
3- The actual reality of educating the gifted children in the family and the educational institutions reveals some obstacles which hinder the required identifying and nurturing the gifted children.
The most recommendations and suggestions :
1- Reconstruction a lot of special education schools for the gifted / talented children in all over Egypt .
2- Planning for educating the gifted children should be one of the main content of the patriotic plans for developing education .
3- Re paraphrasing the philosophy of educating the gifted children and its aims in all instructional stages.
4- Issuing laws and legislations that protect the rights of the gifted children.
