This study included 50 prostate,surgically removed from urology departmenr.the prostatic tissue was fixed in 10% biffered formalin and conventional 4 paraffin sections were carried out and stained with haemotoxylin and eosin staining for histopathological examinTION AND WITH indirect immunoperoxidase stain for psap.
