Abstract
In the present investigation 23 E. coli isolates collected from calf diarrhea mastitic cow cow meat and chicken meat
sampes as well as 2 standard strains (O157 :H7 ATCC 35150 and O6 :H 11 NCTC 12241) were investigated to SDS-PAGE and
Western-blot techniques . Among seven serotypes of the E. coli strains (2 O27 : K1 strains 4 O78:K80 strains , 3 O86 : K61 strains 3 O111: K58 strains , 2 O119 : K69 strains 2O127 : K63 strains , 5 O157 : H7 strains and 2 O127 : H- strains.
